Ready to make a difference in the fight against climate change? The Youth Climate Justice Fund (YCJF) is looking for a passionate Grantmaking Manager to join our team and lead our participatory grant-making efforts.

🔍 About YCJF:

We support youth climate justice movements worldwide.
Be part of our global team, making impactful changes!
🌟 Role Overview:

Lead the participatory grant-making model of YCJF.
Support decentralization and regionalize decision-making processes.
Facilitate and manage grant-making procedures.
🎯 Your Responsibilities:

Prepare and launch YCJF call for applications.
Distribute applications to regional committees.
Facilitate grant-making roundtables and meetings.
Implement processes to improve grant-making efficiency.

🏣 Location: Remote, preferably in the Global South.

💼 Compensation:

$230 per day - Full-time (35hrs/week) + benefits.
📜 Contract Type:

Renewable consultancy contract with benefits.
Offered by our Fiscal Sponsor in the United States.
🌟 Your Profile:

5+ years in social justice philanthropy or movements.
Commitment to climate justice and marginalized groups.
Experience in virtual facilitation and event management.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with online tools for remote collaboration.
