Important Dates:
📅 Deadline to Apply: July 25, 2024
Application Details:
Please submit your CV/resume, cover letter, the names and contacts of three referees/references (no reference letter required), and your availability and intended hours (part-time or full-time) via Idealist. Applications submitted anywhere other than through Idealist will not be considered.
Application Criteria:
Detail your intended period of interning (e.g., June through August)
Specify whether you intend to work full-time or part-time (and if part-time, what the intended working hours would be)
Cover Letter: Explain your interest in and enthusiasm for The Fund for Peace, as your passion for the organization and our programs can give you an edge.
Writing Samples: May be required from applicants who are subsequently invited for an interview.
Additional Information:
We ONLY contact those applicants who have been selected for an interview.
If selected for an interview, we will contact you approximately 3-4 weeks after the deadline for applications.
Apply early due to the volume of applications.
Timeline for the Fall Internship Application Process:
Tuesday, June 25th: Position posted, applications open
Thursday, July 25th: Application deadline (no applications accepted after 11:59 pm ET)
Thursday, August 15th: Final day of interview notifications
Early September: Internship begins
